Topic	Oh my god, the recruiter I'm working with finally got a phone interview set up.

Good luck :) Mine was an hour ago. I got an in person interview scheduled ^^ Grats! Mine went alright. The first call with the hiring manager (marketing director) went pretty well, but when going for the close, she mentioned my lack of official management experience being a red flag, so I dunno. Second call was with a peer (if I get the job), that one was a lot better. I went for the close with her and she seemed to think I'd be a "very good" fit, but obviously she has less input than the hiring manager does. So we'll see. I was prepared for every question and think I answered everything well, but my problem is the fact that I've never had a job with "manager" in my name, even though I've acquired the appropriate skills (short of hiring and firing) through tenure at my jobs by training new people as they come on. --- Not removing this until Pat Benatar is in Super Smash Bros.
