I may end up eating something if I don't fall asleep (skewing results). As long as I pick a consistent time of day, I will remain reliable. It's almost like reporting data for research purposes. As you said, I'll probably check morning weight anyway, just to be safe. 2. See above. However, take into account that "water weight" shows up on the scale just like all the sugar water does.
