How'd that interview go? pretty well. they seem to think i'd be a good fit, but the only red flag they mentioned is my lack of "official" management experience. I've definitely got informal experience, having been at two jobs for over a year, I've definitely trained and coached newbies as they've come in. i also actually managed the rock climbing wall one year at a summer camp, so i think that shouldn't be overlooked, considering i had to train other camp counselors in an environment that could be life-threatening lmfao but it must not be too much of a problem, at least in the eyes of the hiring manager, because I was informed maybe 24 hours later that I have a call with the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) next week, so that's a good sign. --- Not removing this until Pat Benatar is in Super Smash Bros.
