Officers found Jared Standley in Thurston County, where he was shot in the shoulder after he allegedly drove at a Thurston sheriffs sergeant.

He was treated at a hospital, and booked into jail.

Well, this guy was shot. Him not dying was happenstance. This really isn't a case of a white guy getting off easy where a black one got killed.

A much better example is the white dude last year that got shot crawling toward the police in the hotel.
