You can get ticked going 1 over the speedlimit. But officers see it as a waste as it would most likely get over turned for these reasons 1. Speedometer are generally analog displays, so being slightly over can be hard to tell. 2. Holding a consistent speed is impossible (there is always small changes to your speed) 3. Speedometers calibrations may be off 4. Speed guns are not that accurate, so unless you are significantly over its pointless to pursue.
