SeabassDebeste 03/25/18 4:22:01 PM #7: | oh, speaking of planks. i can barely squat anymore. i was trying to do 3 sets of 5 in ascending weight, and then when i got to my second set, i pulled something in my lower back, i think. it's becoming annoyingly common and i think it's a result of a weak core and over-arching. so i've started doing planks. right now i just do 3 sets at 45-50 seconds once or twice a week. --- yet all sailors of all sorts are more or less capricious and unreliable - they live in the varying outer weather, and they inhale its fickleness ...
