Other countries successfully deal with drugs by watching them closely and helping addicts. We can go all third world and kill drug dealers, then for every addict you save you kill some libertarian dealer who was someone's family. US goes after drugs by locking up black people for smoking weed, because Nixon wanted to win re-election and he knew black people and hippies would never vote for him back in 1971.
