Demographically, historically, linguistically, religiously, politically, India and the rest of the Middle East are all staggeringly different to the point that nobody in their right mind would ever remotely insinuate a tangential commonality beyond comparing any other groups of people from the most base of levels, much less outright suggest using a geographic term to imply a cultural connection.
