I'm under 183. Let's hope I can stay that way. A big key is smaller "meals," kind of breaking things into components rather than a full meal. Why eat a full wrap when I can take the meat and veggies in a bowl, saving the bread/wrap for a small sandwich later? I'm still not eating a lot of fruit, but I can work on it.

I've also finally gotten over my soda kick. I find myself going to the vending machines downstairs, but I skip the drink (or just have one every few days). Habits really are hard to break.
