You really seem to be unable to grasp how the word "currently" works, or, as I said before, announcing publicly he's under criminal investigation without any other recourse. Because we all know that if he was to do such a thing Trump certainly wouldn't flip shit or make a move to dismiss him directly or anything. Jfc Not to mention you seem to be confused on how long these types of investigations take, being that you think this has been dragged on forever when it hasn't even been a year since Mueller launched his probe.
