Very few people seem to even know about this and I'm not lying when I say this, if you look at a video about monkey (especially Macaque monkeys) this happens, without fail, every single time. More so in animal rights videos showing monkeys being abused in labs! So many people upvote this and like watching them in pain.
it's disgusting.
There are people paid by many animal industries to use social media to comment and in effect normalize animal abuse and mistreatment, especially for meat/cosmetics/general animal testing. It is like clockwork for some particular subjects. I can't say I've seen that vitriol before but I will keep my eyes open.
I can believe that for livestock, but who in the world benefits from hating baby monkeys? I can't decide whether this is more disturbing if it's an organized effort or not. ---
