But don't take my word for it, go to Ruth's Chris and ask to look in their freezer to see where they keep all their filets.

Except really. You've clearly only eaten frozen meat like a peasant and can't tell the difference.

Freeze a strip steak or filet overnight, then cook it the next to a fresh one from a butcher and you'll instantly tell the difference.
