But don't take my word for it, go to Ruth's Chris and ask to look in their freezer to see where they keep all their filets. except not really. you'd have to thaw and refreeze multiple times to do anything significant Except really. You've clearly only eaten frozen meat like a peasant and can't tell the difference.
