admiral could post "the black race is in every way shape and form better than the white race" and people would tell him he's wrong just because of who he is.

I don't particularly have anything against admiral but you don't get points for acting calm no matter what. You also don't lose points for being upset at something someone said, quite often it's warranted.

Basically there's no imperative to be a cool cucumber all the time.
