They've been subtly pushing into Africa through buyouts, and taking every chance they get to secure the South China Sea. The fact of the matter is, a western defeat would likely mean the collapse of NATO, and China would be able take whatever it damn well pleases afterwards. We can talk all the shit we want here in America, but if those two team up it would be the most devastating war in human history, even if we manage to keep the nukes in their silos. --- Most people are other people.
