Do you really want people to spoil that for you? If so You do encounter humans. Some are friendly, most are hostile. The game has an admirable mechanic where the humans tell you to back off before attacking you, but its kinda flawed as they attack so fast anyway you don't really have a chance to do anything other than kill them or sneak past them As well as that, the humans make so much noise that the alien is rarely far behind and massacres them all. But its mainly Alien and his Android bros.
