He was Greek, people often assume him of being something else due to living in Turkey, but he was pretty white and even North Africans are white anyhow. The first descriptions of Jesus described him with long chestnut hair and lighter skin, there's a lot of evidence for those claims being bogus but there was a start. DNA tests saying "some people around the area looked like x, therefore everyone in the region was x" is stupid. They were both white.
