Currently 169 and I got to 167(wedding weight) but then I had a set back and ate way too much and got back on carbs as well. Pretty sure I could maintain if I would stick to the calories but I really struggle with cravings when I'm eating carbs. I'm not really sure I have a goal weight per se. If I can maintain around 170 I'm pretty ok with that. But if I would start working out and trying to really be "fit" I think the goal is 150-155. --- Posted using GameFlux ... Copied to Clipboard! |
