Topic	What would you put in a best man speech.

I actually usually start speeches/toasts with "I've seen a lot of speeches over the years and the one thing I've always noticed is no one complains about the short ones so let me try and keep this to the point and keep the night moving" That said both bride and groom have heard this before so I don't know if I want them to feel they're getting my go through the motion type deal.
