KH2: FM+ is easily one of if not the best game in the series. Any KH fan will tell you that. A few games in the series were simply bad. Not because they weren't KH2. Because they genuinely sucked when compared to not only the KH series, but video games as a whole. I'm sorry but nostalgia goggles is not the issue here. I've been gaming over 20 years and know it when I see it. This isn't the case. Couldn't disagree more. KH2 had a lot going for it. The fans want to have that level of quality experience and more in the third game. Simple as that. We want a good game. I am personally very averse to the attempt at nostalgia that Nintendo shoves into every new game they come out with. So yea, nostalgia pandering drives me nuts. The KH2 battle system is superb even by today's standards. Even top games like Witcher 3, the battle system in it can't hold a candle to KH2.
