Topic	Why the fuck haven't Goku and Vegeta wished their parents back yet?

I was always under the impression that you cant wish them back unless its on the planet they died from. So it would have to be planet vegetas dragon balls but they dont have any. But they use Namek's Dragon Balls to resurrect Piccolo back on Earth. Though it does seem that you return to the position of either your corpse or where your body was destroyed. Gotta wish back Planet Vegeta first, I suppose. when did that happen? I honestly dont remember. When they summon Namek's eternal dragon to prevent Frieza from doing so, their first two wishes are to revive Piccolo, who comes back to life on Earth.
