His experience is more relevant than hers, considering he served as an executive whereas she's barely been a legislator. As for cabinet appointments, he's not in any hurry to fill the swamp. Usually those appointments are made quickly because of horsetrading, lobbying, and other Washington insidering. Otherwise a lot of people have retired recently and confirmation hearings have been slow.
