Sure it's a lot, but adjusted for inflation episodes I, IV, V, VI and VII all did better (VII obviously did far better without inflation) and III isn't far behind. I think that's the point here, if it were a good SW movie it had potential to do $2+ billion easy. TFA made a scratch over 2 billion and that was the big comeback movie. Where is that extra money coming from?
