I've been told this might be one "flaw" of the Infinity War movie in that some parts might confusing if you haven't seen some/all of the previous Marvel movies.

At the same time, given how long some of these movies have been out and that it's expected Infinity War will encompass characters/plots from all the previous Marvel movies, I would say the fault lies on the movie goers for not being caught up.

Yeah I'm sorry but that's not a flaw with the movie.

If I show up to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows after not seeing anything past Sorcerer's Stone and I don't recognize half the cast (let alone where the fuck Dumbledore is), that's my fault. Not the movie's.
