Pretty good, just not great like a lot of people said it was. The story, the fights, the quips and funny lines all seemed rote by the time I watched it. The only major criticism I had was with the action scenes. There's wasn't one real good scene that I felt was great, even the climax with the plane felt pretty standard, which I found disappointing since I though Spider-Man's unique powers could have been in much more interesting ways.
