If you're referring to canon, that's not how it works (well, it works for KH canon, just not comic or movie canon) Its okay I was in denial about marvel being disney now. Any characters with crossover in disney approved game are official disney characters. ....they're already officially Disney characters. They don't need a crossover. That said, they ALREADY had a cross-over in Disney Infinity. And, on the flipside, being in a Disney work doesn't make automatically something a Disney character because of ownership rights.
