The only star wars movies u would want that aren't main story are Qui Gon or Kenobi.

But I'm not sure what they can do with Kenobi since he spends all those years in exile then dies.

It would be him chasing tusken raiders off of his property for two and a half hours with a short segment of him haggling with Jawas for a better deal on a part for his dish washer.
