It's not illegal for a film writer or director to ask actors to engage in racist talk if it's relevant to the production. If the guy didn't want to do it, he could have just quit. Unless they deliberately misled him and violated their agreement, he isn't entitled to anything here. They didn't ask him though Since when are they required to do that?
