They did it anyway without his knowledge and against his will despite asking him twice prior. Of course he's pissed at the director.

Doesn't matter - he signed a contract. First Amendment + contract law = literally no case.

At the very least it matters from an ethics standpoint.

People really need to stop using legality to undercut discussions of ethics.

When you file a fucking lawsuit, it's a question of legality. Never mind the fact that actors in cuck porn don't have much of a leg to stand on as it relates to ethics.

And the issue of legality will be settled in court.

But that doesn't change whether or not it's also a question of ethics. Which it clearly is.

Not as it relates to the lawsuit, which is the entire reason we're discussing it.
