The Spark Mandrill miniboss is a PITA that you don't want to fight without a few upgrades. In fact, on some playthroughs I save SM for last, mostly because of the miniboss. I'll either do: Chill Penguin > Storm Eagle > Flame Mammoth > Armored Armadillo > Launch Octopus > Boomer Kuwanger > Sting Chameleon > Spark Mandrill or Chill Penguin > Storm Eagle > Flame Mammoth > Launch Octopus > Boomer Kuwanger > Sting Chameleon > Spark Mandrill > Armored Armadillo.
