Two hours a session twice a month can have you feeling better about your situation in life while helping others a little since the olds love talking to young people from the outside world.

Bringing people to bingo and back, talking to the residents, and interacting with people that can't take care of themselves due to medical conditions will change your perspective on life quite a bit. Plus it'll get you out of the house and you can meet some pretty young girls that are working there too.

That's just seems more depressing, looking at your own mortality.
