Fifth Round

Bengals WR Chris Hogan (129th overall) - Using the other pick they received in the Patrick Chung trade, the Bengals used it on the player that is currently penciled in as their slot receiver and maybe even KR/PR. This is the fifth round, so you won't find many players put in as good of a position as that off the bat.

Lightning HB Kenjon Barner (136th overall) - I remember talking to Shattered and saying that only two players had a lower-rated #1 returner than the Steelers. One of those teams was the Lightning. I don't know what Barner's return rating will be, but he was labeled as having great return ability. It has to be leaps and bounds ahead of their current leader, WR Antonio Brown at 46! He likely won't make much of an impact in the ground game, but I wasn't totally enamored with the rest of this round's selections to go in another direction.

Panthers MLB Rob Thomas (137th overall) - Tied for the second-highest difference between #1 and 2 at a position and seemingly getting better with age, Panthers incumbent MLB Jonathan Vilma at just 32 years old seems like he still has five seasons left in him. That might seem strange then that I might have a player who would likely be the starter at 28 years old in this scenario. That being said, this was the #3 defense from a year ago, and if Vilma goes down (he's only missed 8 games in his career), Thomas could take off despite a relatively weak LB corps surrounding him.

Honorable Mentions
Falcons OT Jordan Mills (149th overall)
Raiders C Wesley Johnson (152nd overall)
Redskins OLB Donald Spielman (155th overall)
