It'd have almost been nice if it was--that is, if it wasn't what it actually was with the people who were actually in it. I'm sure some people were roped in by the idea of journalistic integrity. But overall the movement was awful. I think journalistic integrity in video game reviews is an issue worth discussing--but not by gamergate in the least. They're mostly a bunch of alt-righters who hate how progressive video games have become. "A GAY COUPLE IN MY VIDEO GAME?! HOW DARE THEY!"
