that is good, i am sure the IVs were helpful. it is worth considering the human body is not physically capable of rapidly replenishing or storing water soluble b vitamins. no matter what is in the bag--that is not how your body uses those things. If there were a vitamin deficiency before you would still be deficient and feeling symptoms, just definitely not as much as you would have been without using the IVs or other megadosing methods. intramuscular injections are the only long lasting b vitamin treatment involving a needle. all treatments require many months of adherence to fix a deficiency

this is why my treatment took a solid 6 months to make headway. it takes a long time to build things up. there is no rush mode. that's physiology :(

You're more concerned with B1 (thiamine) than B12. it still works the same for absorption.
