If they sign an agreement then they can't sue since they wouldn't get any money. Realistically how strong do those even hold up in court? Not directly related but years ago I was with friends who were bungee jumping off a bridge and same thing, they all signed a waiver saying they will not hold the bungee company at fault should anything goes wrong. A bungee jumper off to the side commented that the waiver will not hold up in court. I've heard this mentioned before when to other waivers. On one hand, yes, the jumpers signed the waiver. On the other hand, should the equipment be faulty in anyway, who is really to blame? The jumpers for doing it with the assumption said equipment is safe or the company for letting faulty equipment slip by? --- "You must gather your party before venturing forth" "Go for the eyes Boo!
