Benghazi was also investigated through and through and it's done. The reason they haven't ordered another investigation is because they literally don't have anything else. Like, a "fake" dossier is enough to launch an investigation into Trump's campaign but they can't even find an unreliable news source willing to produce evidence that there is something the Democrats did worth investigating.
