You don't get it guys. Investigations on this scale are supposed to be done in record time and they're required to share everything they find with the public, especially important people like Howl.

Investigations of this kind are witch pursuit things designed to drag out criticism of Trump as long as possible while maintaining the illusion that "they're defintely on to something now" while they ultimately end with no evidence being uncovered at all just after the next election is over.
