MI4 REAL 05/28/18 12:29:11 AM #92:	SMB2 (American release) was actually a reconfigured version of Doki Doki Panic because the direct sequel (later released in 16-bit on SMB All Stars as the Lost Levels) was deemed too hard for westerners. It was the first game to introduce Toad, and Toad was the first Mushroom Retainer with an identity.
