Topic	Binding of Isaac is cruel and I want my rematch. spoilers I suppose

I thought the Dark Room played a dirty trick by hiding my health when I finally got there, but I had full health and a Lovers card...still had all my red hearts by the time I beat Mega Satan, probably had a soul heart left too. Shew. Finally. I expected an achievement or a new item out of this, but maybe I didn't because I chose a seed instead of going random...? Hmmm. Thanks for the advice guys!
