Duncan, I realize you probably won't understand but nothing you say will help him. You don't need to stop talking to him, but he needs to seek outside help from people who know what they're doing.

He said that a therapist told him the world was better off if he killed himself. There's no way in hell someone would say that. He twists words and replaces them with what he imagines we think of him.

And I'm not saying this to be a dick. He just needs help and no one here is able to give him the help he needs.
