Topic	Is Street Fighter V (standard ed.) worth $14 new?

Arcade Edition's MSRP is down to $29.99 now I think and includes all the Season 1 and Season 2 DLC characters (12 in all, bringing the roster up to 28 characters). Vanilla Street Fighter V only has the 16 starting characters. And I know Arcade Edition's been on sale a number of times, I think even hitting as low as $20-25.
