| Team Rocket Elite 05/30/18 11:11:04 PM #393: | I forgot to mention before that if you promote a unit to a higher star level, you lose all the "+1" levels. That means you should only go for 4*+10 units if you are sure you never want to use them as a 5* unit. Never try and add "+1" leves to 3* or lower units.
