Thing is that's like still shaky because even if you sell on Punk's memory of the night being scrambled then you'd have to prove that Punk didn't sufficiently consider whether the statement was true or not for it to be defamation even if his memory is proven to not be credible enough for that to be evidence that it was true as I understand it (not remotely a lawyer so maybe I'm wrong-- I'd ping Drakeryn right now if he had any remote interest in wrestling but what can you do). Also I think the meat of Punk's grief with the guy wasn't explicitly from the concussed point but earlier nights so I don't know. But I dunno I guess that's the strategy they want. --- No problem!
