| Topic | I've only been sleeping two hours at a time |
| hockeybub89 05/31/18 10:05:33 PM #1: | Like, I might sleep for a total of 6 to 8 hours, but I never sleep for more than 2 hours at a time, waking up for a few minutes in between. I have complex dreams during my sleep shifts. I'm sleeping on the most comfortable bed of my life. I have been occasionally taking naps during the day and take anti-anxiety meds in the morning. I upped my dose a few weeks ago, but my sleep problem has been going on and off for months. Yeah, I know need to ask my doctor, but just wondering if anyone has had this problem. --- ...
