Mead 06/01/18 11:10:48 AM #7: | I always assumed potatoes lacked much nutritional value but I recently learned that I was wrong and they actually have all the macros you need, plenty of protein and fiber along with lots of other stuff especially if you dont skin them. I guess Penn Jillete lost all his weight doing a diet of nothing but potatoes and then later he added vegetable soups.
