But its usually super late at night. They work on it. Then start it up to drive around for a bit... Zeus posted... Not sure any place really codifies it, but it's kind of a dick move to start mowing before 10am or 11am on a weekend. Weekdays, maybe 6am or 7am. I'm not sure I've ever heard somebody mowing or building in the morning on a weekday, though. I guess it just depends on where you live... I couldnt wait to late.
