The geographical location of a dish's origin doesn't change the ethnic origins of it. Sure it was created in England. By an Indian chef using traditionally Indian ingredients in a traditionally Indian cuisine style of cooking.
Not to fucking mention just throwing a catch-all net over all curries is ignorant AF too. The difference between Indian curries, Thai curries, Japanese curries, etc... is insanely vast. It's like saying "cookies are French".
