| Topic | Saw a dog get hit by a truck on the highway today because the owner was a moron. |

Apparently a woman pulled off to the side of the road to walk her dog in that patch of grass between the service road and the highway, instead of a truck rest stop. She decided that patch would be an acceptable substitute and her dog got loose, he had no clear training, ran into the road....and the semi didn't even have time to think about his brakes. That is dangerous on so many damn levels, and anyone who isn't a fucking moron would have known that. Not only is it dangerous to just pull off to the side of the highway, but to get out and walk around and allow a pet to run around. Then the truck now has to decide to hit his brakes and possibly cause an accident or slam into a dog doing 70.
