Topic	Selling games and regretting it later?

I simply don't have the room for shelves of games ill never touch again. Emulation also keeps the regret away. Except for that time I once owned Gotcha Force for the gamecube. it was worth more than $100 when i sold it on ebay. The only games i still keep forever though, are a bunch of Pokemon games.
