Topic	Who do you hold responsible (streamer's livestream plays bomb threat in public)?

Correct me if I'm wrong but the whole point is to get reactions from people in public. Why do you place legal blame on the streamer, though? It seems odd to me given that he didn't violate any law by just streaming other people's lines. Getting reactions is not tantamount to making fake bomb threats. I 100% see this as only the donor being legally responsible. --- I do not support homosexuality in any way.
