Topic	Who do you hold responsible (streamer's livestream plays bomb threat in public)?

He should probably have screened content to prevent something like this from happening, but I'm pretty sure that's more of a common sense responsibility than a legal one. Unless, of course, he did screen it and decided to play it anyway. Then they should be charged equally. --- This is my signature.
